APARTMENT BELLAVISTA
3-room apartment, 90 sqm, situated 300 m from Path of Olives, Bellavista on Lugano Lake offers a BBQ facilities, and accommodation with a terrace and free WIFI.
Opening to a balcony with breath taking mountain and lake views, all units at the apartment are fitted with a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven. A fridge is also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle.
The nearest airport is Lugano Airport, 6 km from Bellavista on Lugano Lake.
APARTMENT GIARDINO
The classy suite-apartment (60 m2) has a comfortably and tastefully furnished living room flooded with light through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which lead directly to a fully private romantic and well-manicured palm garden (80 m2) with breathtaking view over the Lugano lake and the mountains, paved with Ticino granite stones and equipped with a wooden garden furniture made of precious wood. The large pine trees in front of the terrace (lighted in the night) round up the incredible views to the sunsets over the mountains. The garden has a modern light-design which turns also the night view into a spectacle. The fully private outdoor Jacuzzi will be integrated into the garden shortly.
APARTMENT ROMANTIC BIJOU
This lovely little bijou consists of a living room (35 sqm, kitchen included), and is tastefully furnished with quality design furniture. The romantic balcony in the living room offers a wonderful sea and mountain view. The house has cable TV and Wi -Fi internet. The new kitchen (design by DIESEL) has a microwave oven, induction stove, dishwasher and fridge. The master bedroom is on a gallery floor (18 sqm) with a comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm), with access to a private garden terrace (20sqm) with a view of the lake. The new bathroom (with shower) is designed with luxurious granite (Pietra Smeralda) and has a window.
An additional bedroom of 19 sqm for 2 persons (fully renovated in 2015) is available upon request. This bedroom is located in the same house and is accessible via a separate entrance door.
On the ground floor there is a garage and an additional parking space in front of the house.

For those who love walking, the Olive Trail is definetely one of the best things to do in Lugano. This route starts from Gandria and winds along the shores of Lake Lugano, surrounded by beautiful ancient olive and trees. In Gandria we also recommend to visit to the traditional workshop Ceramiche D’arte, where you can find handmade artifacts

Visit the sunniest mountain in Switzerland
Since 1908, the Monte Brè Funicular has been part of Lugano’s history. In just over 10 minutes the funicular will enable you to reach the top of Monte Brè, famous as the sunniest mountain in Switzerland. This is the atmosphere at the top of Mount Brè (933 m a.s.l.). Explore the Gole della Breggia
The park of Gole della Breggia is a truly magical place. In this region of the Canton Ticino, thanks to the water excavation action of the Breggia river, a rocky section dating back to 80 million years ago has surfaced! Take a breathtaking view from the top
Towering above Lugano and the lake of the same name, Monte San Salvatore really is awe-inspiring. Seeing the mountain reflected in the fresh water is a spectacular sight. A popular tourist attraction in Lugano, many visitors take the funicular up to the summit of the mountain. From the top, there are astounding 360-degree panoramas.
